Established in 1998, touchback is a division of Dynamic Connections Health Group Ltd. with its head office based in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

President and Co-founder, Dianne Pender spent many years in both business and management positions prior to making a career change when she completed her training in Polarity Therapy in 1992. She is committed to empowering people to live healthier lifestyles and coming back into the corporate world in a new and creative way felt very natural for her.

Our touchback focus

Supporting healthy work environments and reducing stress in the workplace is our primary focus. Researchers have known for years that stress contributes to 80% of all health conditions. People realize more than ever before how true this is and how stressful our lives are.

We are taking responsibility for our well-being and searching for ways to help ourselves reduce our stress while meeting the demands of our world.

I believe touchback has the ability to impact both individuals and our corporate culture helping shape the future with a positive impact on how we live our lives, engage in our work and interact with our co-workers, family and friends.

Our touchback services are Simple and Powerful offering on-site massage and work-health balance seminars for employees.

However, a playful part of touchback is when companies use our services as a cost effective, fun marketing tool that draws attention to your events and leaves an impression with current and potential clients.

Booking touchback for events such as trade shows, conventions, golf tournaments, fund raisers and a variety of other creative events is easy, requires little space and is stress free because we take care of the details.

  • Practitioners receive 100 hours of training, far beyond the industry standard

  • We organize the details for you, making it effortless for your company to incorporate touchback services

  • Support our clients’ company on an on-going basis

About Dianne

Dianne PenderDianne spent many years in business and management having owned a Boston Pizza restaurant with her first husband and then as a single parent worked in diverse positions including management within the credit union system.

She made a career change after her 12-year old daughter was hit walking across a well-marked school crosswalk by a dangerous driver. She was left with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) which went undiagnosed for four years. In an effort to help her daughter recover and regain her health she came across Polarity Therapy.

Polarity Therapy is a specialized field with its roots in Ayurveda and is recognized as a powerful preventative therapy. Dianne has been a Polarity Therapist for over 20 years now and is Registered and Board Certified with the American Polarity Therapy Association.

Dianne say’s ‘The first time I heard about Polarity Therapy I was intrigued with the complexity and wholeness of the technique and after my first treatment I knew this was the career for me’. That was 25 years ago and I feel the same about Polarity Therapy today as I did then –’It is amazing!’

In addition to developing a private practice in Polarity Therapy Dianne facilitated corporate and community wellness seminars and workshops. In 1998 she decided to add a corporate element to her business and designed the unique ‘touchback’ massage technique taking it on-site into the corporate world.

About touchback Practitioners

touchback practitioners are part of a team committed to professionalism, quality service and healthy lifestyles. Practitioners have specialized training and provide a uniform massage that is based on the science of the musculature and energy of the body.

Our three-step process includes deeply relaxing the body, releasing stress and tension out of the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands then re-energizing the body. Employees remain fully clothed during the treatment.
